"The Essentials of Business Etiquette...Little Things that Mean A Lot" was the subject matter when over 70 business people from around the Rockford, IL area crowded into Rock Valley College to hear Scott Metcalfe deliver his message. Scott thrilled the crowd with stories and examples and led a number of "hands on" exercises to drive particularly important points home.
